Consulting and Training to implement IS0 9001:2008, resulting in registration. Process completed in 6 months.

Consulting and customized training to improve TS 16949 internal auditing procedures and processes,
resulting in value-added process audits.

Consulting to improve hiring practices and procedures, as well as implementation of targeted pre-employment
assessments, resulting in improved hiring decisions and increased employee retention.

Consulting to develop new job description(s) and assistance with recruitment of highly specialized
engineers, resulting in a successful employee selection.

Planning and coordination of large corporate meetings to include conference facilities, break-out rooms, training technology, and catered lunch. Resulting in successful meetings and internal training sessionsfor our business partners.

Development of online training programs for several customers to improve access to training and
provide employees at multiple sites (including facilities outside Ohio) with consistent, high-quality
training.

Provided customized, one-on-one training on computer skills for a number of business partners. This
included job specific skills training for senior executives, sales managers, graphic designers, and
accountants. This type of targeted training resulted in employees gaining new and critical skills very
quickly and be able to immediately apply skills to their job.

Developed a Microsoft Access database, customized to specific business needs, and assisted in
transferring data and creating required state reports. Customized training was provided allowing the
business to maintain and effectively utilize this database.

Provided consulting and training for implementation of Lean Six Sigma processes into a number of
manufacturing facilities in the region. This resulted in significant impacts to the businesses bottom line(totaling in the $ millions), including inventory reduction gains, process efficiencies, reduced waste, and much more.

Provided use of technology allowing businesses to conduct conference calls, video-conference meetings,and distance learning sessions, resulting in significant cost savings due to little or no travel costs for participants.

Developed customized apprentice training programs to include a combination of credit and non-credit
courses and other recognized credentials. This resulted in training to meet specific organizational
needs, compliance with Department of Labor requirements, and employees earning 30+ credits toward an associate degree.

Provide a diverse array of pre-hire and pre-promotion assessments targeting essential skills from entry level to management/professional positions. Assessments have been conducted by certified test
proctors in group settings or online at the company site. Assessments geared toward a variety of
industries and result in improved selection, increased retention, and improving the learning curve

Provided customized training for employees to earn nationally recognized credentials such as ASQ,
OSHA, CompTlA, Microsoft, and many more. This training and validation of skills resulted in more
productive and effective employees.

Provided customized training for employees to earn Lean Six Sigma Green and/or Black Belt certification. This resulted in targeted improvement projects completed at the business allowing employees to apply their skills and make a significant impact to the business by solving problems and improving processes.

Facilitated strategic planning for non-profit and for-profit businesses resulting in development of
