Transcript Request

Official transcript requests for current and former students are processed through Kent State University at Trumbull  Student Services Office according to the following procedure:

Transcript requests must be made in person at the Kent State University Trumbull Campus Student Services Office or sent via United States Mail, using the downloadable form below. All transcripts requests must be in writing and contain the student's signature.

All official academic transcript requests are sent via the United States mail from the Kent Campus. Transcripts cannot be picked up in person at Kent State University Trumbull Campus. Transcript requests generally require seven to ten working days processing time from the moment they are received at Kent State University at Trumbull.
