2013 Spring Commencement

*Note: All graduates from the previous summer and fall terms will be recognized along with the spring graduates.

Commencement Ceremony
- The 2013 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 7 p.m. at Packard Music Hall and will last approximately one hour.
- Family members and friends do not need tickets to enter the Hall; however graduates need to RSVP to Nancy Treffert at ntreffer@kent.edu.
- Deadline to RSVP is April 30, 2013.
- Graduates need to arrive at Packard Music Hall no later than 5:45 p.m. to prepare for the ceremony.
- Rehearsal is on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 4 p.m. in Room 117 of The Technology Building and lasts one hour.
- DVDs of the Commencement Ceremony may be purchased for $25 from the Office of Student Services.
- Please make your check or money order payable to: Kent State University at Trumbull.

Graduates with a Disability and Seating for Guests with Disabilities
- Please notify Nancy Treffert at ntreffer@kent.edu by April 30, 2013 if you are a graduate with special seating needs.
- There will be areas designated at Packard Music Hall for guests with special seating needs. Notify the greeters at the doors and they will assist guests to the designated area.
