Commencement Ceremony
- The 2012 Commencement Ceremony will be held on Friday, May 4, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at Packard Music Hall and will last approximately one hour.
- Family members and friends do not need tickets to enter the Hall; however graduates need to RSVP online at Graduation RSVP.
- Deadline to RSVP is April 23, 2012.
- Graduates need to arrive at Packard Music Hall no later than 5:45 pm to prepare for the ceremony.
- Rehearsal is on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 4 p.m. in Room 117 of The Technology Building and lasts one hour.
Commencement Video Order Form Information
- DVDs of the Commencement Ceremony may be purchased for $25 from the Office of Student Services.
- Please make your check or money order payable to Kent State University at Trumbull.

Graduates with a Disability and Seating for Guests with Disabilities
- Please notify Nancy Treffert at ntreffer@kent.edu by April 30, 2012 if you are a graduate with special seating needs.
- There will be areas designated at Packard Music Hall for guests with special seating needs. Notify the greeters at the doors and they will assist guests to the designated area.
