The inaugural meeting of the new Veteran Student Group at Kent State Trumbull will be held Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 5:30 p.m. in Room 117 of the Technology Building.

The purpose of the organization is to bring together student veterans from Kent State Trumbull to discuss veteran's issues and to foster friendship and commitment while pursuing educational goals.

Dean Robert Sines and Associate Professor John Marino – veterans themselves – will each be in attendance, as will be club members from the Kent Campus Veterans Club.

Refreshments will be served.
