Music, Art & Theatre Info Night on Wednesday, March 19Posted Mar. 6, 2014
Kent State University at Stark is educating high school juniors and seniors who are interested in careers in fine arts on how to choose the career path that’s right for them. The Academic Info Night for Music, Art and Theatre is a no-cost information session will allow students and their parents to explore Kent State Stark majors in these areas. They will learn about career options for each major, in addition to all that Kent State Stark has to offer, including small class sizes, convenience and affordable tuition.

Fine Arts Theatre
- Optional campus tours begin at 5:30 p.m.
- Info Night begins at 6 p.m.
Students can launch their music careers with a degree from the Kent State Stark. Graduates from our music program have gone on to be audio and recording engineers, sound technicians, performers, composers, conductors and educators.
The Stark Campus offers all requirements for the B.A. or minor in Fine Arts. Graduates have found careers in various fields, including art therapy, illustration and printmaking.
Students can be cast or crew members in theatre productions throughout the academic year. Kent State Stark offers classes in lighting, costume design, stage combat and improvisational acting.
