Members of the Kent State University at Trumbull Nursing Program took part in the NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Mahoning Valley Three Mile Walk at Austintown Park in Austintown on September 25. In total, 31 people took part on "Team Trumbull" including students, faculty and family members.

NAMI is a mental health organization that is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness.  Funds raised by this year's walk will serve to finance NAMI Mahoning Valley and our NAMI partners programs of support, education, and advocacy for mental health consumers and their families.
